Things to be avoided in order not getting worse diarrhea

- Avoid eating fruits and food products that contain fiber. Fruits like apple, plum, or mango should be avoided because it has laxative properties which can worsen the condition of your diarrhea.

- Avoid high-sugar yogurt, because of excess sucrose can also aggravate diarrhea. Look for yogurt with bacterial culture well, because it can help produce lactic acid in the gut, which is deadly bad bacteria and make the diarrhea heal faster.
